Set Up Brokerage

Manage the setup and system configurations for Policy Management and Commissions Management to suit your business requirements.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Expereince
Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions where Financial Service Cloud and Insurance Brokerage are enabled

It is mandatory to turn on Brokerage preferences to use the Brokerage features. After turning on the preferences, you can customize the Policy Management and Commissions Management experiences. You can't turn off these preferences after you enable them. Before you turn on Brokerage preferences, ensure to turn on context service.
