            Configure Invalid Statuses for Producer Commissions

            Define which producer commission status is invalid.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions where Financial Service Cloud and Insurance Brokerage are enabled
            User Permissions Needed
            To set up brokerage: Insurance Brokerage User
            1. In Setup, find and select Brokerage. Then, select Commissions Management.
            2. In the Invalid Producer Commission Status section, click the dropdown arrow for the Status field and select the status that you want to define as invalid.
            3. Save your changes.
