            Configure Reprocessing Eligibility for Statuses

            Define which statuses are eligible for reprocessing the commission statement line item when the processing fails.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions where Financial Service Cloud and Insurance Brokerage are enabled
            User Permissions Needed
            To set up brokerage: Insurance Brokerage User
            1. In Setup, find and select Brokerage. Then, select Commissions Management.
            2. In the Eligible Statuses field, click the dropdown arrow and select all commission statement line item statuses that you want to define as eligible for reprocessing.
            3. Save your changes.
