Bulk Enrollment for Insurance Application Suite
New products that offer additional plans to employees, a brand new user interface for the policyholder enrollment business process, and a new bulk enrollment process that lets employers enroll up to 500 members at once.
Where: This feature is available in the Insurance Application Suite under Group Voluntary Benefits Application.
Why: Provide employees with a better user experience with the new user interface as they complete enrollment and also offer more plan options for covering employees and their family. Employers can now enjoy a simplified enrollment process by adding up to 500 members in bulk.
How: This feature is auto-enabled in the Group Voluntary Benefits Application Application Suite org that you can request.
The new user interface uses configurable FlexCards to provide an enhanced user experience to employees as they enroll themselves. Employees now also have the option to select a Term Life plan which includes Supplemental Life and Spouse Life as optional coverages during enrollment.
Employers can now enroll up to 500 members during enrollment. This enhanced flow is based on an OmniStudio OmniScript that you can find under:
