Pay multiple claim coverage payment details (CCPDs) at once from the Claim Financials
tab instead of paying each record individually. Records are processed in the background, and you
receive a notification when processing finishes.
Claim Coverage Payment Detail (CCPD) records must be in Draft status and not locked by
another in-progress bulk-pay operation.
After you submit a request for bulk payment, the selected CCPD records are locked for
processing and you can't edit, pay, cancel, or delete the records until they are processed.
From the App Launcher, find and select Claims.
Select a claim from the list view.
Select the Claim Financials tab.
Select the Losses or Expenses tab depending
on the type of payment details to pay.
Select one or more CCPD records using the row checkboxes.
To select all CCPD records under a coverage, select the coverage-level checkbox. Only the
records with a Draft status are selectable.
Click Pay All.
The Pay All action calls the Bulk Pay Claim Coverage Payment Details API. A message
confirms whether the bulk pay request was accepted or not.
After a bulk pay request is accepted, you receive a notification when the CCPD records are
processed. The notification reports whether the payment succeeded, failed, or succeeded
partially.
