Define your product offerings in Product Catalog Management with product catalogs.
Catalogs enable efficient organization and management of all the products your business sells. You
must create at least one product catalog.
From the Product Catalog Management app's home page, click Catalogs.
From the catalogs list view page, click New.
In the New Catalog window, enter these field values:
Enter a name and description for the catalog. For example, Insurance Claims Catalog and Catalog of products for Insurance Claims Management.
Enter a unique catalog code. For example, InsuranceClaims.
The effective start date is the date and time when the catalog becomes available to
users. The effective end date is the date and time after which the catalog is no longer
available to users.
Select an effective start and end date.
Select Service Process as the type of catalog.
Save your changes.
