An insurance product model is a structured definition of a product that a company sells, then services. A product model acts as a blueprint for an insurance product. In a group quoting scenario, a product is called a plan. - Add Plans to a Large Group Quote
To start configuring a large group quote, add a plan to it. You must add a plan to a quote before you can add coverages. - Add Group Classes and Associate them with Large Group Plans
Group classes describe a group of plan subscribers who all receive similar or the same benefits. You can add them to plans on large group quotes. Users can associate plans in a quote with a Group Class from within the large group quoting UI. - Add Optional Coverages to a Large Group Plan
Many plans include optional coverages that you can add and remove from the plan while you're creating a quote. - Large Group Rating
Rating for large groups is based on the rating procedure defined on the plans included in the quote. Rating procedures are created in the Business Rules Engine as Expression Sets.
