          Create a Proof of Insurance Template

          Create a PDF template with form fields to fill the Insurance proof details that are required for Insurance Proof. These form fields are used by Omnistudio Data Mapper to fill the PDF form.

          REQUIRED EDITIONS
          Available in: Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions where Financial Services Cloud license is enabled with FSC Insurance add-on.
          USER PERMISSIONS NEEDED
          To set up the Request Insurance Proof service process:

          Industries Service Process, Industry Service Excellence, Omnistudio, Case, Service Catalog Request objects Read, Create, Edit, Delete, View All Records

          AND

          FSC Insurance

          AND

          Financial Services Cloud Extension OR FSC Sales

          OR

          Financial Services Cloud Basic

          OR

          Financial Services Cloud Standard

          To use Request Insurance Proof service process:

          Industries Service Process, Industry Service Excellence, Omnistudio, Case, Service Catalog Request objects Read, Create, Edit, Delete, View All Records

          AND

          FSC Insurance

          AND

          Financial Services Cloud Extension OR FSC Sales

          1. Switch to Salesforce Classic.
          2. Click the plus symbol and then select Documents.
          3. Click New.
          4. Click Choose File, and from Documents, select FSCInsRqstInsPrfAttachmentTemplate.
          5. In Folders, select Shared Documents, and then save your changes.
          6. Switch to Salesforce Lightning.
          7. In the Omnistudio app, from the navigation bar, select Omniscripts. It can take a little time for the Omniscripts app to open.
          8. Select FSCIns/RequestInsuranceProof.
          9. Click the CreateAttachment action.
          10. Click the link icon next to FSCInsRqstInsPrfPdfMapper Pre-Transform DataRaptor Interface.
          11. Map the fields in the source data to the fields in the output PDF.
            Note
            Note The field names in the PDF output must be the same as the field names in the PDF template.
