            Create an orchestration flow that creates an insurance proof for an account, notifies them that the proof is downloadable, and closes the case associated with the request.

            REQUIRED EDITIONS
            Available in: Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions where Financial Services Cloud license is enabled with FSC Insurance add-on.
            USER PERMISSIONS NEEDED
            To set up the Request Insurance Proof service process:

            Industries Service Process, Industry Service Excellence, Omnistudio, Case, Service Catalog Request objects Read, Create, Edit, Delete, View All Records

            AND

            FSC Insurance

            AND

            Financial Services Cloud Extension OR FSC Sales

            OR

            Financial Services Cloud Basic

            OR

            Financial Services Cloud Standard
            To use Request Insurance Proof service process:

            1. In Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flow, and then select Flow.
            2. Click New Flow.
            3. Click Use a Template.
            4. Click Flow Orchestration.
            5. Search for and select the Process Insurance Proof Request orchestration.
            6. Click Create, and then save your changes.
            7. Enter a label, API name, and description, and then save and activate the flow.
