Create Business Processes to Manage Claim Recovery
Use the Claim Recovery object in the Salesforce data model along with new InsClaimService: getClaimRecoveries and InsClaimService: createUpdateClaimRecoveries services. An end-to-end process maintains a complete history of claim recovery efforts and shows how recoveries affect overall financial exposure over time.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions with the Insurance Industries managed package.
Who: Users need the Claims Management add-on license to use this feature.
