Efficiently Summarize Account and Claim Records
Customer service representatives (CSR) can generate quick and accurate summaries of Account and Claim records by using Einstein Summary. The record summaries equip CSRs with the essential information they need, leading to faster response times to customer queries.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions where Financial Services Cloud is enabled with FSC Insurance and Einstein for Service.
Who: This feature is available to users with the FSC Insurance Record Summary permission set. To run prompt templates, users need the Prompt Templates permission. To use this feature, users also need the Industry Service Excellence, Einstein GPT Platform, and Einstein for Service Innovations add-on licenses.
How: Add the Einstein Summary component to a Lightning record page through Lightning App Builder. To generate a summary, select a prompt template in Einstein Summary.
