Required Add-Ons
The products and add-on licenses in your Salesforce org determine whether you have the necessary flows and prompts to use Einstein generative AI. To use Einstein generative AI, you need these add-ons:

Einstein for Service Innovations

FSCServiceEinstein or FSCServiceAI
Required Permissions
Einstein Summary works with Einstein GPT and Prompt Builder. So, you must assign these permission sets to your users:

Summarize Record Details: Assign this permission to the users who use Einstein Summary.

Einstein GPT Prompt Template User: Assign this permission to the users who use Prompt Builder.

Industry Service Excellence: Assign this permission set to the users who use the Service Innovations Einstein: Get Engagement Interaction Details flow, Generate Engagement Interaction Summary prompt template, and Get Record Details invocable action.
