          Elevate the Self-Service Experience of Insurance Policyholders

          Deliver a superior self-service experience to your policyholders and reduce your operational costs with the Insurance Policyholder Portal. Ensure better control, convenience, and efficiency for your clients through self-service capabilities such as consolidated and detailed views of policies and claims. Insurance policyholders can also upload the relevant documents for their claims.

          Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions where Financial Services Cloud and Standard OmniCloud Runtime are enabled with FSC Insurance.

          How: From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Digital Experiences, and then select All Sites. Click New, and then select the Financial Services template. Create an experience site and configure the new self-service capabilities.
