First Notice of Loss Claims for Vlocity Insurance Application Suite
File a claim for Homeowners and Renters products using a guided flow that is harmonized with the Financial Services Cloud data model.
Where: This feature is available in the Insurance Application Suite under Property and Casualty Application.
Why: Property loss is a stressful situation and our guided flow wants to alleviate the pain by making the claims process smooth. This guided flow lets you create a claim with a just a few clicks from an enhanced user interface.
How: This feature is auto-enabled in the Property & Casualty Application Suite org that you can request.
Property claims are run by an OmniStudio OmniScript that you can find under:
