          Get a Quick View of a Member’s Profile

          Customer service representatives can view an insurance customer’s profile details, such as the customer’s name, address, profile picture, and the related tags on the Insurance Agent Console.

          Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions with the Insurance Industries managed.

          Who: The Profile card is available to users who are assigned the Industry Service Excellence permission set and the FSC permission set.

          Why: Customer Service Representatives can better connect with the customers during service interactions. For example, a related tag can show the upcoming birthday of the customer or highlight the customer's high net worth.

          How: If the Profile card is missing from your Insurance Agent Console, click Setup and select Edit Page. Add the FlexCard component to the page layout. From FlexCard Name, select OrganicINSISEProfileCard. Save and activate the page layout. To customize the profile card, clone the card in OmniStudio, and then modify the card.
