          Get Access to Insurance Agent Console

          To access the service console, enable the Service Excellence for Insurance setting for your org.

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Insurance, and then select Insurance Management Settings.
          2. Enable Service Excellence for Insurance. After the Service Excellence for Insurance setting is enabled, you can view the Insurance customer record in the same layout.
            System Administrator users can access the Insurance Agent Console by default, even if the Service Excellence for Insurance setting is not enabled. For all other users, ensure the setting is enabled and the correct permission sets are assigned.
