Prerequisites for Individual Enrollment

Here are a few mandatory steps to be performed for individual enrollment.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions of Digital Insurance with Digital Insurance Product Admin Add On, Digital Insurance Group Benefits AddOn, Digital Insurance Group Enrollment AddOn,Digital Insurance Group Benefits Customer Community AddOn, and Digital Insurance Group Benefits Partner Community AddOn licenses
  • Create a Person Account or Person Contact for all primary members for whom you want to enable Individual Enrollment.
  • Create Portal Users for all primary members for whom you want to enable Individual Enrollment.
  • Enable member-level record access through permissions or sharing settings so group census members can view their own and their dependents’ records, along with associated plans. This is required because carrier administrators or brokers add group census members.
