            Group Benefits Bulk and Individual Enrollment

            The Insurance Group Census Lightning web component for the Salesforce data model shows group members, dependents. You can add, update, or delete group census members and dependents using the LWC. For the enrollment census type, you can also view plans information in the grid and configure the same using the Configure Plans modal. With the individual enrollment flow, individual group members can also view eligible plans, optional coverages, premiums, and contributions, and enroll themselves directly using the APIs or invocable actions.

              The census drives enrollment workflows, allowing carriers to capture final primary member and dependent plan and coverage selections into policies.

              Create a workflow that gives insurance carrier administrators a straightforward way to enroll members of the group along with their dependents into selected plans and coverages.
            • Configure Enrollment for Portal User Creation
              Learn how to extend Salesforce’s standard Group Enrollment process to also create portal users. This involves customizing the enrollment flow and setting up a batch job so census members enrolled in a group also get portal user accounts.
