Initiate Claim Recovery
Claims adjusters have the responsibility of deciding how much money can be given for each claim. With the Claim Adjuster App, users can now quickly create a recovery record from the insurance claim.
Where: This feature is available in the Insurance Application Suite under Property and Casualty Application.
Who: This feature is available to Claim adjusters and admin users.
Why: Claim adjusters can save time but quickly creating initiating recovery directly from the claim record.
How: The claim recovery workflow is built using the ClaimRecovery OmniScript. You can find this OmniScript in OmniStudio OmniScripts under:
