Large Group Quoting and Enrollment Enhancements

Use enhanced flows to rate large group quotes and enroll members in plans. Delete census members in bulk and enable customers to self-enroll by using new and enhanced services.

• Complete Enrollment at Scale With an Enhanced Enrollment Flow
  Enroll up to 10,000 members at a time with up to 30 distinct plan choices for each member by using the enhanced Enrollment flow. With duplicate policy checks, avoid creating another policy for the same member within the same plan category and save time.
• Quickly Delete All Members of the Group Census
  Reduce time and effort to delete up to 10,000 members each with up to five plans and up to five coverages selected per plan. Also, you can delete up to 150,000 members without any plans.
• Rate Large Group Plans More Efficiently
  To help your users rate more plans at a time, use the updated version of the Generate Census Rating flow and the Finish Processing Census Rating flow.
• Rate More Large Group Benefits Products at a Time
  Summary-based products are now rated asynchronously to support rating more large group benefits products at a time.
• Save Agents Time by Using Customer Self-Enrollment
  Based on the contract and members group class, enable customers to view and select one or more eligible plans along with optional coverages, and then rate and enroll. Show the member level premium along with employee and employer contributions for a policy before enrollment. Customers can enroll right away or save the selections for enrolling later.
• Quickly Find Large Group Census Members During Enrollment and Quoting
  Quickly find census member details during large group enrollment and quoting processes by using the Search box on Enrollment Census and Quote Census Lightning web components. To update any related census member records, retrieve and show members of the same family in a dynamic tree within search results to enhance your user experience.
