Launch Actions and Resolve Member Requests
Your customer service representatives can use the Action Launcher on the Insurance Agent Console to quickly find and run service actions, such as uploading the documents.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions with the Insurance Industries managed package.
Who: Action Launcher is available to users who are assigned the Industry Service Excellence permission set.
