This allows them to explore options in a low-pressure environment from the comfort of their own home. Plus, this frees up your agents and CSRs to help customers who may be looking for a little more help.
How: The Member Enrollment feature is built using an OmniScript that calls Omnistudio Data Mappers and Integration Procedures. You can fin the member enrollment OmniScript in the OmniStudio OmniScripts Designer mode under:
