Where: This feature is available in the Insurance Application Suite under Voluntary Benefits Application.
Why: Member Enrollment empowers your policyholders to research the plans available to them at their own pace and enroll themselves, and their families, in the plans of their choice. This allows them to explore options in a low-pressure environment from the comfort of their own home. Plus, this frees up your agents and CSRs to help customers who may be looking for a little more help.
How: The Member Enrollment feature is built using an OmniScript that calls Omnistudio Data Mappers and Integration Procedures. You can find the member enrollment OmniScript in the OmniStudio OmniScripts Designer mode under:
