Odds and Ends in Insurance Spring '21
In addition to the big features described above, we've made a few smaller changes to Vlocity Insurance that we want you to know about.
Where: Users who have a Vlocity Insurance license can access these enhancements.
Why: We've included the following enhancements:

Transaction reversals
You can now reverse transactions that have posted on insurance policies. The system calculates the reversal and any reversed surcharges, and creates the transactions needed to amend the insurance policy for the reversal.

Trailing document enhancement
The trailing document feature has been updated so it works with the Digital Experience sites
How: You get these features with the Vlocity Health and Insurance Spring '21 managed package. You don't need to do any additional setup or configuration to use them.
