Policyholder Digital Experience Site
Give your policyholders access to view and change important information about their account, policies, claims, and billing options with the Policyholder Digital Experience Site.
Where: This feature is available in the Insurance Application Suite under Voluntary Benefits Application.
Who: Your Vlocity developers configure the Policyholder site. Policyholders you've granted credentials to can log on to the site.
Why: The Policyholder site contains a bunch of components to get you started with providing your policyholders with functionality they can use to self-manage some parts of their policies. These components are made with FlexCards that you can customize and activate to compile Lightning web components for use on the site.
On the Policyholder site, users can:

See the plans they are enrolled in and view a statement for these plans.
When the enrollment window is open, users also have the option to enroll in a plan from here.

See a list of their policies.

See contact information for their agent
