Your users can now file a FNOL for a multi auto policy using a guided flow. Empower your service agents with a 360-degree view of the customer from the OmniStudio FlexCard-based interaction console.
Where: You can access these features in the Property and Casualty business app.
Who: This feature is available to your customers and service agents.
Why: Your users can file FNOL for claims by selecting the insured item from the policy and entering incident details like the peril, damage details, where the incident occurred, injured parties, police reports, and any witnesses.
Your service agents can use the Interaction Launcher to search and verify the caller's identity and then quickly see a complete view of the customer's relevant information including the customer's profile, previous interactions, and policies.
How:Request a reference org for Property and Casualty.
We've added example functionality in the org that you can play with and make your own or create new ones. You don't need to do any configuration steps to use these features.
