Insurance Property & Casualty Application Suite Claim Interaction

A service agent can verify claim details with the interaction launcher.

1. Open the Interaction Launcher from the utility bar at the bottom.
2. In the CLAIM SEARCH section, enter the claim number and click Search.
3. The results are displayed and you need to click Verify to corroborate customer information.
4. Based on the caller's answers, click the checkmark to verify relevant details and then click Launch Console to view complete claim information.
