Insurance Property & Casualty Application Suite Customer Interaction
When a customer contacts a service agent they can verify the policyholder details.
- Open the Interaction Launcher from the utility bar at the bottom.
- In the POLICYHOLDER section, enter any or all of the required information about the customer and click Search.
- The results are displayed and you need to click Verify to corroborate customer information.
- Based on customer answers, click the checkmark to verify relevant details and then click Launch Console to view complete customer information.
