          When a customer contacts a service agent they can verify the policyholder details.

          After receiving a call from an individual customer:

          1. Open the Interaction Launcher from the utility bar at the bottom.
          2. In the POLICYHOLDER section, enter any or all of the required information about the customer and click Search.
          3. The results are displayed and you need to click Verify to corroborate customer information.
          4. Based on customer answers, click the checkmark to verify relevant details and then click Launch Console to view complete customer information.
