Insurance Property & Casualty Application Suite Policy Number Interaction
A service agent can verify the policy number details with the interaction launcher.
- Open the Interaction Launcher from the utility bar at the bottom.
- In the POLICY NUMBER section, enter the serial number of the policy and click Search.
- The results are displayed and you need to click Verify to corroborate customer information.
- Based on the caller's responses, click the checkmark to verify relevant details and then click Launch Console for the customer information.
