Insurance Property & Casualty Application Suite Policy Number Interaction

A service agent can verify the policy number details with the interaction launcher.

1. Open the Interaction Launcher from the utility bar at the bottom.
2. In the POLICY NUMBER section, enter the serial number of the policy and click Search.
3. The results are displayed and you need to click Verify to corroborate customer information.
4. Based on the caller's responses, click the checkmark to verify relevant details and then click Launch Console for the customer information.
