Insurance Property & Casualty Application Suite Producer Interaction
When a producer contacts a service agent they can verify the broker or producer detail.
- Open the Interaction Launcher from the utility bar at the bottom.
- In the AGENT section, enter any or all of the required information about the broker and click Search.
- The results are displayed and you need to click Verify to corroborate customer information.
- Based on the agent's responses, click the checkmark to verify relevant details and then click Verify & Search.
- Next, enter policy information and click Search.
- Click View to see the interaction console for the policy you are interested in.
