Insurance Property & Casualty Application Suite Producer Interaction

When a producer contacts a service agent they can verify the broker or producer detail.

1. Open the Interaction Launcher from the utility bar at the bottom.
2. In the AGENT section, enter any or all of the required information about the broker and click Search.
3. The results are displayed and you need to click Verify to corroborate customer information.
4. Based on the agent's responses, click the checkmark to verify relevant details and then click Verify & Search.
5. Next, enter policy information and click Search.
6. Click View to see the interaction console for the policy you are interested in.
