Renew Policies
Tracking renewals made easier with email reminder notifications. A scheduled job sends out reminder notifications and the email also has a handy link to quickly renew policies.
Where: This feature is available in the Insurance Application Suite under Property and Casualty Application.
How: When a policy is due for renewal, the system sends out an email notification to the policyholder reminding them that their policy is going to expire soon. The email includes links to the expiring policy as well as a link to renew it.
We've created a Scheduled Job to send out these reminder emails. If you want to have a look at the job:
- From the App Launcher, search and open Vlocity Scheduled Jobs.
- Click PolicyRenewBatch.
