Review How Story Object Settings Map to Insurance History
The DP_CUSTOM_InsStoryObjectConfiguration DataPack includes story object settings that map to different Claim History types.

Email. Appears in a two-column format, with a From section on the left and a To section on the right. The message body appears underneath. |

Shows the task's subject and its description, which you can expand or collapse. |

Event. Events include steps within a claim’s workflow, such as Claim Opened, Claim Assigned, and Claim Closed. Events are configured in Process Builder as Tracking Entry records. In Process Builder, you can configure custom labels for the Tracking Entry values that appear as events on a History tab. See Configure History Timelines with Insurance History LWC. |

Document. This setting works with the GetContentDocumentAsStory Apex class. |

Note. This setting works with the GetContentNoteAsStory Apex class. To set up this class, see Bring Notes into Claim History Timelines. This setting requires you to enable notes. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Notes Settings, and then select Notes Settings. Confirm Enable Notes is selected. |

Step within a workflow process (for example, approval requests). This setting works with the GetProcessInstanceStepAsStory Apex class. |
