          Take the guesswork out of assigning tasks to claim team members. Use skills-based and queue-based routing for claims, claim coverages, claim recoveries, and payment requests.

          Why: Distributing workload with routing saves time and helps team members take action on claims faster. Claims get assigned to people who have the bandwidth and skills to handle them, whether they’re Auto Adjusters, Property Adjusters, or other members of the team.
