Save Time While Adding Involved Items to a Claim
Adding involved items to a claim is easier than ever. Users choose from a list of items or vehicles covered by the policy. Information such as vehicle make and model are entered for them. Users enter only the details that are specific to the claim, such as the vehicle damage caused by an accident. When editing a claim item, the make, model, and other values from the policy are read-only.
Where: Available in Summer '22 and later releases.
