Show Insurance Customer's Policy Details
Get a consolidated view of all the policies held by the customer on the Insurance Agent Console. You can view the insured item details and participant or beneficiary details with policies grouped by type. Use the search tool to list a specific policy or insured item.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions with the Insurance Industries managed package.
Who: Policy 360° is available to users who are assigned the Industry Service Excellence permission set and FSC Insurance permission set.
