Show Insurance Customer's Claim Details
Get a consolidated view of all the claims requested by a customer in the Insurance Agent Console. You can view the claim records and the related objects, such as claim coverages and payment details for an account or household.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions with the Insurance Industries managed package.
Who: Claim 360° is available to users with the Industry Service Excellence permission set and the FSC Insurance permission set.
