Grant your portal users the object permissions required to create service requests for insurance service processes in the Insurance Client Portal.

| To edit object permissions: | Manage Profiles and Permission Sets AND Customize Application |
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles, and then select Profiles.
- Edit the cloned community user profile.
