Show the right product details to exactly the right users with profile-based and user-specific rules. Simplify workflows with the enhanced Policy Term Standing and Group Benefits Enrollment Lightning web components. Streamline expense processing for claims adjusters with coverage-specific attributes. Reduce errors by indicating required attributes on Claim Involved Injuries and Claim Damage Property record types.
- Customize the Expense Item Form to Enhance Usability
Claims adjusters can process expenses more efficiently by using forms that show only the attributes specific to coverage in the expense line item form. - Customize Optional Coverage Rule Selections Based on User Profiles
Automatically select Required Coverage or Default Selected optional coverage rules for users based on their user profile. For example, when a Customer Service Representative creates a car insurance quote, have the Rental Car coverage selected automatically. When a Sales Agent creates a quote, list Rental Car coverage as available for selection but not selected automatically. - Display Attribute Messages Based on User Profiles
Show users product attribute messages based on their user profile. For example, when a Customer Service Representative creates an auto insurance quote, display a message alerting them that the Good Student attribute is subject to GPA verification. When a Sales Agent creates a quote, don’t display the message. - Display Optional Coverage Rule Messages Based on User Profiles
Show users optional coverage validation rule messages based on their user profile. For example, when a Customer Service Representative creates an auto insurance quote, display a message on the Rental Car optional coverage rule stating that rental car users must be over 21 years old. When a Sales Agent creates a quote, don’t display the message. - Enhanced User Experience and Performance for Policy Terms Standing
We've enhanced the Policy Terms Standing card to show policy terms separately in Policy Details and Coverage Details sections. The Policy Details section displays terms standing at the policy level and policy coverage level without any participant or asset ID. The Coverage Details section shows the list of participants or assets that belong to thepolicyIdand retrieves the current standings for the selectedinsuredIdat the coverage level. - Hide Attributes or Attribute Values Based on User Profiles
Hide product attributes or attribute values from users based on their user profile. For example, when a Customer Service Representative creates an auto insurance quote, hide the Rental Car Limit attribute by using attribute rules. However, when a Sales Agent creates a quote, show the Rental Car Limit attribute. - Set Attribute Required Field Validation for Claim Product Models
You can now set the Required field indicator on attributes for Claim Involved Injury and Claim Damaged Property record types. This configuration on the claim product model enforces at runtime when claim item records are displayed on the participant card claim item page. - Show Optional Coverages Based on User Profiles
Control which users can see optional coverages with profile-based eligibility rules. For example, when a Customer Service Representative creates an auto insurance quote, show the Rental Car coverage as available for selection. But when a Guest user creates a quote, don’t show the Rental Car coverage as an option. - Upload and View the Plan Coverage Details of Members for Enrollment
