Create a Quote from the Policyholder Experience Site
Policyholders can follow a guided flow on the policyholder Experience Site to quickly create quotes for Auto, Marine, or Property insurance.
Where: This feature is available in the Insurance Application Suite under Property and Casualty Application.
Who: This feature is available to your policyholders and can be accessed from the Policyholder Experience Site.
Why: Policyholders now save time and effort to create quotes by following a guided flow. With a few clicks, they can create quotes for auto, marine, or property insurance.
How: This feature is auto-enabled in the reference org that you can request for the Property & Casualty business app.
Policyholder quoting is based on an OmniStudio OmniScript that you can find under:
