   Manage Account

2. Actions that launch pre-defined OmniScripts:

   • View Billing Info

   • Update Contact Method

   • Print ID Cards

   • Change Address

   You can customize these actions to open different OmniScripts.

What Your Users Can Do on this Component

Policyholder Experience users can use the links in the Account Actions component to update their personal information and preferences. Your users are also linked to other common tasks like printing ID cards or viewing billing information.

FlexCard Structure

This FlexCard contains many elements, including:

• Text element that contains default text:

  Manage Accounts

• Action elements that launch OmniScripts
