          Terminate A Group Member

          Cancel the policy and update the term premium for a group member and their dependents.

          1. From the Mid-Term Adjustments tab on the Group Account page, click Terminate Member.
          2. In the Terminate Member search bar, find the member.
          3. Enter a termination date within the policy’s effective date range. Click Terminate and then confirm the termination.
            A bell notification lets you know that the termination processing completed.
          4. After the policy termination, view the policy details to confirm the policy’s canceled status and updated term premium.
