Terminate Policies at Any Time
Terminate policies of the primary members and dependents either individually or in bulk in the middle of a contract. Get notified when the termination is completed and receive a list of errors if termination couldn't be completed.
Where: This change applies to Enterprise and Unlimited editions of Financial Services Cloud Insurance and Health Cloud with the Insurance Industries Extension package.
Who: This feature is available to users with certain add-on licenses for Financial Services Cloud Insurance or Health Cloud.

Add-ons for Financial Services Cloud Insurance: Insurance Product Administration, Insurance Policy Administration, and Contract and Enroll.

Add-ons for Health Cloud: Benefit Sales & Administration - Individual & Family Medicare or Benefit Sales & Administration - Group.
How: Add the Mid-Term Adjustments LWC Component to the Accounts page. For bulk terminations, upload a CSV file with the policy holders' details and click Bulk Terminate Members. For an individual termination, search for the member record to terminate, and then click Terminate Member.
