Verify the Identity of Your Insurance Customer
Use the prebuilt Insurance: Verify Caller Identity flow to verify the identity of inbound calling insurance members or authorized member representatives based on the details they provide against the existing CRM data.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions with the Insurance Industries managed package.
Who: The flow is available to users who are assigned the Industry Service Excellence permission set.
How: In Flow Builder, run the Insurance: Verify Caller flow and decide whether to use the flow as is or customize it.
