To verify the identity of inbound-calling insurance brokers based on the details they provide with the existing CRM data, use the prebuilt Insurance: Verify Producer Identity flow.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions with the Insurance Industries managed package.
Who: The flow is available to users with the Industry Service Excellence permission set and the FSC Insurance permission set.
How: In Flow Builder, run the Insurance: Verify Producer flow and decide whether to use the flow as is or customize it.
