          View Claim Details

          Show a consolidated view of all the claims of the customer in your Insurance Agent Console so that your customer service representatives can quickly view the details and assist members efficiently.

          The FlexCard-based Claim 360 component offers these capabilities:

          • A comprehensive view of all claims raised by a customer (person account) or a household on a single layout.

          • The claims component shows critical claim details, such as Total Claims, Open Claims, and Total Claimed Amount.

          • Expand individual claim record cards to view claim details such as the claim type, claim amount, claim reason, claim date, and claim alerts on the record.

          • Filter claims to see only open claims. Use the toggle to filter the claims based on their status.

          • View related records associated with the claim, such as Claim Participants, Claim Items, Claim Coverages, and Claim Payment Details.

          • Enhanced search capability based on insurance policy, claim name, claim items, and claim participants.

          • Sort the claim records based on claim type, created date, and last updated.

          • Filter claim records based on the time criteria. You can filter data for Past Week, Past Month, and Last 3 Months.

          • View related records associated with the claim, such as Claim Participants, Claim Items, Claim Coverages, and Claim Payment Details.

          • View record alerts for a claim and dismiss or snooze them.

          • FlexCard-Based Claim 360 Component for Insurance
            To configure the FlexCard-based Claim 360 component, assign OmniStudio permissions and the FSC Insurance permission set license to users, and customize the FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and Omnistudio Data Mappers. FlexCards provide an improved user experience and simpler configurations. You can easily embed FlexCards in other FlexCards and use flyouts to show more details on demand.
