          View Claims as a Policyholder

          The claims detail page of the policyholder site gives policyholders a simple way to view claim details and policy terms standing, review recent claim activity, and upload documents needed to process the claim.

          The policyholder claims detail page contains several components to assist policyholders with common tasks and sows them helpful information about their claim.

          Component Name Description
          Upload Documents Shows policyholders the documents they must upload. The Upload Documents component launches an OmniScript to guide policyholders through the upload process.
          Claim Items Shows policyholders details about claim items including applicable payments.
          Status Shows an overview of the claim progress.
          Claim Details Shows policyholders details about the claim like the loss date, the reported date, who reported the loss, and the cause of the loss.
          Your Agent Shows policyholders contact information for their agent or producer.
          Recent Activity Shows a summary of recent claim activity including status changes, documents uploaded, payments, emails sent, and calls initiated regarding the claim.
