As an insurance carrier, your organization uses commissions to incentivize your agents to grow your business. Now you have the flexibility to set up a variety of commission calculations that apply to individual agents and products in different time periods. And agents can easily see how much they're earning as they issue quotes and close deals. - History Timelines with Insurance History LWC
You can configure the Insurance History Lightning web component to get a cohesive view of all things happening with a quote, claim, or policy. When did a claim open or get reassigned, when was an approval request submitted, what time did an agent first contact the claimant? A History tab displays a timeline of all this activity in a single, chronological feed that's easy to scan and drill into. See essential activity at a glance and expand content like notes and emails to dive into more detail. - Direct to Customer Quoting
Set up your customers and guest users to create and manage their own quotes with Direct to Customer Quoting. - Harmonized Insurance Claims Object Model
With the Vlocity Insurance Summer '21 release, the Salesforce Claims product now supports both the existing Vlocity object model (custom objects in managed package) and the new Salesforce object model (standard Salesforce objects). The Vlocity model supports the Asset → InsuranceClaim relationship between policies and claims. The Salesforce model supports the InsurancePolicy → Claim relationship between policies and claims. - Server-Side Document Generation
