concerns during the medication therapy review.

achieving goals of care.

Create, Read, and Update permissions on the following objects:
Account
Medication Therapy Review
Medication Therapy Statement Review
Medication Therapy Statement Review Issue
Clinical Detected Issue
Clinical Detected Issue Detail
Care Plan
Care Plan Activity
Care Plan Template
Action Plan Template
Action Plan Template Assignment
Medication Statement
Medication Statement Detail
Medication Request
Medication Dispense
Patient Medication Dosage
Run Flows
Go to the Medication Review subtab under the Comprehensive Medication Review or Targeted
Medication Review tab.
Review each of a patient’s active medications and add or update the necessary
details.
Note In a comprehensive medication review, select Medication review
complete after reviewing each medication. The medication moves from Pending to
Reviewed state.
Add a clinical issue to any medication if you detect that the patient is facing an issue
due to the medication.
Add a to-do list with a set of recommended tasks for a specific medication, to help your
patient address the health condition.
If you find any gaps in the patient’s medication regimen, work with your patient to add or
update medications.
After reviewing all medications, move on to detecting clinical issues.
