A cockpit is a UI component that comprises a combination of customizable cards. The
cockpit displays relevant information in a condensed format. Use the components and sections to
modify or customize a cockpit or add a custom cockpit in the CG Cloud offline mobile app. For
example, you can add a custom cockpit or new cards to the Your Day or store cockpit screen.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience in Performance, Unlimited, and Enterprise Editions
that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled.
Card Container The card container contains components such as an action bar, a link bar, and UI plug-ins.
Model Cockpits in the UI Contract Use the card area pattern card in a UI contract of cockpits to model cockpits. The card area arranges the card containers by dividing the available area into columns. Use the card area pattern with the Card Container control.
Banner and BannerFilter Controls Use the Banner control to create a banner and banner filter for the pages of the Consumer Goods Cloud offline mobile app. You can use the BannerFilter control to filter the banners based on the defined search criteria. The Banner control is available in the UI contracts as a subnode following the Page node.
HeaderLine Control Use the HeaderLine control to create a section following the page header on the cockpit screen.
Logout in Cockpit Use the logout() and changePasswordAsync() methods to trigger the logout and change password functionality in the Consumer Goods Cloud offline mobile app.
Images in Lists for Cockpit Consumer Goods Cloud Mobile App Framework displays images as attachments and as part of a row in lists.
Automatic Refresh of Card The auto refresh feature in Consumer Goods Cloud Mobile App Framework refreshes the content of a subscribed card container at specified intervals. You enable it using the onAutoReload card event in the card container. You can subscribe up to three cards.
Partial Refresh Partial refresh updates a single card and the card’s dependent cards after an action, such as Add, Delete, or Cancel, is performed on a mobile device. The LOAD entry action performs the refresh.
