The Section element defines a generic section that encapsulates smaller logical units
than pages and contains one or more areas. A section should never split across multiple display
screens at run time. A section can cover a portion of a display screen or all of it.

Available in: Lightning Experience in Professional, Unlimited, and
Enterprise Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled.
